Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Faizanullah Khan leads Plus Lubricants with a clear vision of building a sustainable, compliance-driven organization. He oversees strategic growth, partnerships, and long-term business direction, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of responsible lubricant lifecycle management.
“India is one of the largest lubricant markets globally and heavily dependent on imports. At Plus Lubricants, we contribute to reducing this dependency by recovering up to 80% usable oil from waste streams, supporting both sustainability and national resource security.”

Head - Procurement & Marketing
With a Master’s in Marketing, Nadir drives procurement strategy and market development. He plays a key role in building strong vendor networks, optimizing sourcing, and expanding the company’s presence across industrial and commercial sectors.

Sahil holds a degree in Chemical Engineering along with a Master’s in Operations. He leads end-to-end operations, including plant management and logistics, ensuring efficiency, safety, and strict adherence to regulatory standards across all processes.
